Daytona Beach, Florida - 2007 National Reptile Breeder's Expo
Another year has come and gone at the Daytona, Florida National Reptile Breeder's Expo. This was our fourth year and we moved back into the main room. We had two tables and were able to showcase several of our Ball Python morphs and Boa Constrictor morphs as well as a few colubrids. We only brought a handful of colubrids this year as we were having a somewhat late season and the majority of our babies have just started hatching. This gave us a lot more room on our tables and we were able to try out a new configuration for our disply which was nice because it's refreshing to be able to switch things up occasionally.
There were a lot of Ball Python morphs again this year but I think the Boa Constrictor morphs being displayed were the real stars of the show! There were some really awesome boas from several different breeders not to mention the Boa Constrictor Symposium held this year! Besides all the cool boids, there were also some amazing Tokay Gecko morphs, awesome Reticulated Pythons, lots of Albino Green Iguanas, a few Ivory Tortoises, and a scaleless Silkback Bearded Dragon. As always, we had a blast getting together with old friends and putting new faces to names! I had a phenominal time shooting the bull, hanging out, having drinks, going out to dinner, and GO-KART RACING with you ALL!
I took a few photos this year but was really exhausted on Sunday so I was only able to take a handful of pictures. I missed a bunch of breeders so I apologize for not getting around to everyone. I think next year I have to set up a special photography area at our table and have people bring animals by LOL!
